Then, when I was in middle school, I found out about the inside-out pizza. You might know the dish by one of its many different names, depending on where you come from. It's been called pizza puff, calzone, pizza ball, panzerotti, and many more.
Back in the day, when I used to do a lot of late-night bar events, one of my favorite places to stop for some food on the way home was Uncle Nick's. My order was always a pizza puff. Now, I found out about one that I'll have to try sometime soon. It's a place in Cicero called Albano's Pizzeria.
