I've been a fan of pizza for as long as I can remember. It's the only food that I could honestly probably eat every day without getting sick of it. In my younger days, it was my go-to at least once a week, but usually more.

Then, when I was in middle school, I found out about the inside-out pizza. You might know the dish by one of its many different names, depending on where you come from. It's been called pizza puff, calzone, pizza ball, panzerotti, and many more.

Back in the day, when I used to do a lot of late-night bar events, one of my favorite places to stop for some food on the way home was Uncle Nick's. My order was always a pizza puff. Now, I found out about one that I'll have to try sometime soon. It's a place in Cicero called Albano's Pizzeria.

Fair warning: this behemoth takes at least 15-20 minutes to cook properly, but every second of that wait is worth it.
